Ariake andon reimagined as an illuminated signboard. The backlit signboard transmits light and faithfully recreates the Japanese paper pattern, using an acrylic resin board with excellent light resistance and durability. The signboard can be decorated with a store name and other designs, appealing to passersby through the soft light. The base is made of coated, tempered steel, increasing rust and weather resistance, so that it can be used outdoors without worry. The 2.3mm thick base completes the chic appearance. The steel plate can also be processed with the latest laser processing technology to create a variety of expressions (original patterns can also be accommodated). A newly developed one-touch detachable structure is used for the crucial joint part, essential for Ariake lanterns, making it easy to install the backlit signboard into the base.
